In accordance with the education program KISD doctoral students are obliged to participate in:
1) doctoral seminars
2) additional scientific seminars of KISD unit/research group
Doctoral seminars
They are conducted separately for each academic year of the doctoral school. In the first and second year of education, seminars are of an integrative nature. The seminars are conducted for all doctoral students of a given year preparing doctoral dissertations in various scientific disciplines. In the third and fourth year of education, doctoral seminars are conducted within a given scientific discipline and in individual KISD unit. Each doctoral student is obliged to complete a doctoral seminar of 80 hours.
Scientific seminars of KISD units/research groups
During his/her education, a doctoral student is obliged to actively participate in scientific seminars of the unit and research groups to which he or she is affiliated.
Additional seminars dedicated to young scientists
Individual KISD units may also organize additional seminars dedicated to doctoral students and young scientists.
